Vas Promotions Managing Director Speaks Out on the Critical First Week in Industry Event.
Vas Promotions Managing Director Vasile Topciu was delighted last week to attend and talk at a key industry event at the London Hilton Bankside. The event was organised by some industry leaders to provide sales firm owners with the knowledge needed to streamline their business.
Mr. Topciu established Vas Promotions with the intention to revolutionise the sales industry with his creative spin on direct marketing. Since the company’s inception, they have seen huge expansion, and Mr. Topciu was delighted to have been recognised as an industry leader. He was extremely pleased to provide his insights into the “critical first week” to the attendees. Essentially he outlined how essential it was for owners to accommodate their recruits in the first moments of their time with the business. He was honest, outlining how hard the first week of sales can be but emphasised the importance of teaching recruits to put themselves out there, take risks and overcome fear are essential for curating the perfect first week. Mr. Topciu is a keen proponent that the first week is essential for high retention rates and believes owners need to consider very closely how they initiate and train their new staff to prevent individuals getting the wrong impression.
He is happy to report that his workshop was a success. Speaking on the event, Mr. Topciu commented stating that:
“The event was a huge success. My presentation went smoothly, but more importantly, I learnt huge amounts from the other people there. I was honoured to be asked to speak, but the event was much more than that.”
Vas Promotions are always looking to find new avenues to streamline their business and believe that industry events like this are critical for providing their management with the inspiration necessary to keep the business moving forward. Looking into 2018, Vasile Topciu looks forward to speaking at more industry events, working on his public speaking and finding new exciting ways to help streamline his firm.
